- Debit / Credit cards (except Amex and Diner's Club). Please be aware that by making a payment by credit card you may incur interest and charges from your credit card provider.
- Allpay payment card
If you would like to receive a refund of a payment made to 1st Credit then you would need to contact our collection team on 01737 237370 between 09:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday. We may agree to this request in exceptional circumstances. If agreed we will endeavour to issue the refund for the amount requested, less a £5 administration charge, within 7 working days. Please note that we are unable to cancel any payment made but will consider any request for a cancellation as a request for a refund.
